Items marked "Ready to Ship" are in our local Douala warehouse and are delivered in 24 to 48 business hours in Douala and Yaoundé, 3 to 5 business days in Bafoussam, Bamenda, Limbe and Kribi, and 4 to 6 business days in Garoua, Maroua and Ngaoundéré. Items labeled "Pre-Order" are sourced from our international atelier partners (including China): allow 12 to 16 business days to reach our Douala hub, plus up to 24 hours for inspection, then local delivery by city as above. We confirm every order on WhatsApp and send progress updates.

We accept MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money across Cameroon, and Cash on Delivery in Douala and Yaoundé only. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp.

We offer complimentary delivery on all orders exceeding 50,000 FCFA. For orders below 50,000 FCFA, standard courier delivery is 2,500 FCFA in Douala and Yaoundé. Express priority delivery is available for 4,000 FCFA, with timing confirmed by our concierge.
